Challenge

This State Highway Upgrade at Tarawera involves a number of structures, service relocations and risky areas that necessitate good, well-thought-out Traffic Management Design. Sometimes the most important part of that equation (to maintain safety) is to have robust independent auditing. That's were we come in.

Solution

Parallaxx has provided independent auditing to this project (on behalf of the Principal) periodically since project commencement. They rely on our experience, knowledge and excellent communication skills to independently review the TTM onsite and provide recommendations to both the Principal and the Contractor on how to reduce risk.

Results

Some valuable safety improvements have been suggested and adopted since our involvement. Our auditing services are not about forcing compliance - more so about sharing our experience and knowledge and lifting standards to ensure a safer environment for everyone. This has most certainly happened here.
