Challenge

Parallaxx needed to provide expert Traffic Management knowledge to allow work to happen safely and efficiently around some of the busiest Auckland CBD Intersections. Parallaxx were part of the successful tender team and saw the project through to completion with a number of challenges around working space, traffic volumes and maintenance of property access along the way.

Solution

Parallaxx provided high quality project TMPs which took into account two different Road Controlling Authorities but allowed work to happen in an efficient way. We incorporated the needs of the contractor and the public with highly detailed TMP design and programming.

Results

Work was completed in a timely manner accordance to strict NZTA and Auckland Transport guidelines. The project maintained high safety standards and worked harmoniously with local stakeholders to minimise overall disruption. The result is a highly utilised key piece of cycling infrastructure feeding Auckland's CBD.
