Challenge

The Hurstmere Road Upgrade project presents a number of challenges. There are many stakeholders on this street which would be affected by the traffic management. It was a challenge to create a solution that would cause minimum disruption to the local businesses while still completing the work.

Solution

Using local knowledge of the area we were able to create a Traffic management methodology which would allow works to be completed and to provide space for businesses to still operate.

Results

Unfortunately our tender team were unsuccessful in our bid for the project which will commence shortly.
