Dave Tilton

Dave, one of the original founders of Parallaxx, has played a pivotal role in the company’s growth as its former Chief Executive Officer. Now in the Chief People Officer (CPO) role, his dedication to Parallaxx’s strategic vision and commitment to innovative Temporary Traffic Management solutions remain stronger than ever. Dave has a Bachelors Degree in Management, an MBA, and is currently working towards a PhD in Civil Engineering.

An influential figure in the New Zealand TTM industry, Dave actively serves as the NZ TTM Industry Steering Group chairperson. This role highlights his ongoing commitment to advancing the industry and advocating for its betterment.

Andrew Young

Andrew has been with Parallaxx for almost 10 years and has recently transitioned into the CEO role. His aim is to continue to build on Parallaxx’s leadership and growth in the industry.

Andy, as he prefers, has spent many years within the business providing consulting services to clients, and then eventually forming and leading the professional services department itself. Seeing people grow and develop through the business is a key value for Andy, and he is keen to be able to continue helping people along their journies.

Mahsa Marks

Mahsa, a dynamic addition to Parallaxx’s leadership team, holds the position of Chief Technology Officer and Chairperson of the Board. Her enthusiasm for seeking out cutting-edge technology and integrating it into an industry that has traditionally been slow to adopt such advancements positions her as a key driver of Parallaxx’s future growth and success.

A forward-thinking strategist, Mahsa’s immersion in disruptive technology and expertise in business have the potential to shape the company’s direction and propel it toward new heights. As Chairperson, she is committed to cultivating a robust governance structure and ensuring that Parallaxx remains a frontrunner in the industry by fostering innovation and adaptability.

Lawrence Bailey

Lawrence is the Systems Manager here at Parallaxx. His main focus is developing and managing Parallaxx systems and processes. He leads the Systems Team and oversees all of our internal systems.

Ashlee-Rose Morgan

Ashlee-Rose (Ash) is the Finance Manager here at Parallaxx.

Ash is one of the original members of the Parallaxx team, and her diploma in Business Management (Financial Administration) and certification as a Xero advisor demonstrate her high level of proficiency.

Hannah Young

Hannah is the People Manager and a Board Advisor here at Parallaxx. She has extensive experience in injury management, healthcare and governance. She is also a board member at the Employers and Manfactures Asscioation (EMA). Hannah has a degree in exercise science and a post graduate certificate in clinical rehabilitation from the University of Otago. She is currently completing further post graduate study in Occupational Health.

Bea Dahino Lagman

Bea is the Area Manager for the Parallaxx offshore office as well as the HR manager. As our longest serving offshore employee, Bea is a conduit for the management team to the offshore office and a key part of our dispersed workforce culture. Bea is also a qualified Architect and Master Plumber.

Amie Tilton

Amie is the Creative Director here at Parallaxx, working within the media team specialising in idea generation, creative thinking, effective communication and branding.

Amie is a qualified Art Director, Copywriter and Graphic Designer.

Jenina Dela Cruz

Jenina (Jam) is the Senior HR and Wellbeing Coordinator here at Parallaxx. With four years of experience in the company, she started as an Executive Assistant and worked her way up to her current position.

Jordan Tremayne

Jordan is the Stakeholder and Quality Manager here at Parallaxx. Working with both our internal team and our clients, her role is to understand our customers’ expectations and needs. She works with the wider company to improve and maintain standards of efficiency, responsiveness and overall customer satisfaction. Jordan is also Team Leader for the media team.

Claire Raoult

Claire is our Injury Prevention Specialist and is in charge of health and safety here at Parallaxx. She is also responsible for providing health and safety consulting and support to external clients. Claire has a nursing background and holds a diploma in occupational and health and safety. She is a Professional Member of New Zealand Institute Safety Management and registered in Health and Safety Association in New Zealand.

Nick Jones

Nick is the Parallaxx Leadership Capability Lead, working in the People Team. Nick’s work is all about the people side of performance and culture. Nick is delivering bespoke leadership programmes that build Parallaxx’s whole of organisation leadership, team cohesion and people.

Nick is a certified transformative coach, holds post-graduate qualifications in senior military command and planning from Canadian Forces College, and holds a Law and Arts (history) conjoint degree from the University of Auckland. Nick is a serving Lieutenant Colonel in the NZ Army Reserve Forces.

Bridget Angell

Bridget works in the People Team, assisting the People Team Leader with research, documentation and project work.

Bridget has a Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Arts and a Postgraduate Diploma in Information Studies (Archives and Records Management). She has 20+ years in information, research and teaching support roles, particularly in the area of biomedical science.

Ettienne is one of our TTM trainers and assessors here at Parallaxx. With 8 years in the industry and a strong focus on safety and harm-free environments, Ettienne specialises in TTM training, specifically the full range of TMO and STMS workshops

Stiza Te Moananui

Stiza is a Trainer Consultant here at Parallaxx, specialising in Waka Kotahi Traffic Controller Qualification Workshops (L1 STMS & TC), he conducts compliance audits on TTM worksites, and provides On-site Coaching and Mentoring with Traffic Controllers and Road Workers.

Stiza has worked in Local & Civil Infrastructure, Residential & Commercial Construction, Waste Management, Freight & Logistics and Temporary Traffic Management industries for 20+ years. The last 10 years in leadership, Health & Safety, HR, and CoPTTM roles.

Junior Chan-Tung

Junior is the Solutions Consultant and TTM Project Manager here at Parallaxx. When he’s not Project Managing, Junior helps relationship manage our existing and new clients.

Junior has over 6 years experience within the TTM and Civil Construction industries and has built many strong relationships during that time.

Kelvin Leyland

Kelvin is the Consultant Team Leader here at Parallaxx. He looks after a few key clients, as well as working alongside the Consultant Team to ensure they are providing consistent and high quality support for our clients. He also ensures the team are kept at the forefront of the industry with ongoing training and development.

Prior to joining Parallaxx, Kelvin spent 9 years as a TMC for the Auckland Motorway Alliance (AMA). This role involved TTM advice and coordination across a number of Waka Kotahi (NZTA) Capital Works projects as well as general maintenance activities.

Darrin Humphries

Darrin is a specialist TTM Trainier and Consultant here at Parallaxx. His substantial industry experience puts him in a unique position, giving him an in-depth working knowledge of both the practical and theoretical components of our industry. Darrin has been a teacher of CoPTTM theory for the past 14 years.

Darrin is currently utilising his knowledge and experience to help shape the future of Traffic Management within NZ as the National Design Advisor for the new NZTA training and competency model.

Kava Aloua

Kava is a Traffic Management Consultant here at Parallaxx. He helps clients with all their TTM problems and his previous project management experience means he is particularly helpful in complex construction and vehicle management plans.

With 16 years in the industry, Kava brings a wealth of experience – from working on the road as a TC to Traffic Manager for the City Rail Link and everything inbetween.

Fang Lim

Fang is a Traffic Management Consultant here at Parallaxx, specialising in construction staging, planning and implementation for major transportation projects. He has a mulitdisciplinary Civil Engineering background and is also a Chartered Civil Engineer member of Engineers Australia.

Elise Freeman

Elise is the Professional Services Manager here at Parallaxx.

Elise has been in the industry for over 11 years and has operated in the consultant space for 3 years, helping clients complete their projects, assisting with TMPs, barriers, training and on road needs – needless to say she brings broad range of experience to Parallaxx and has an extensive depth of knowledge of the TTM space.

Jolina Mendoza

Jolina is a member of the consultancy team here at Parallaxx. She is an experienced TMP Designer and holds a TTMP Planner warrant, STMS CAT ABC – NP, CAT A Practising and a Mentor and has now started her journey towards becoming a TTM Assesor and a TTM Trainer. Chris Harmer

Chris is a Traffic Management Consultant here at Parallaxx.

Having been in the TTM industry since 2005, Chris brings a wealth of experience to the team. He covers many aspects of the TTM Industry as an STMS Cat A/B and Cat C-NP and is a Trainer/ Assessor along with being a TTMP Subject Matter Expert and Trainer/Assessor. Temporary Barriers are also an area of keen interest for Chris.
Along with General Training and Consultancy Chris has been involved in numerous large scale projects including the Mackays to Peka Peka Expressway, Transmission Gully, Baylink, SH58 Safety Upgrades and many more.

Karl Trautvetter

Karl is one of the Traffic Management Consultants here at Parallaxx.
He started his TTM journey as a Traffic Controller in 2016 and now holds his 2/3-NP with TTM Planner qualification. Prior to Parallaxx Karl worked as a Regional Events Manager at a TTM Company, looking after Event and Film Traffic Management from start to finish for some of NZ’s largest Events, Venues and Film Production Companies.

Ivanna consults as our in-house accountant and is part of our finance team.
